INI RESEPI PERCUMA YER... CUBE LER.... SEDAP NIE....

CHEESE CUP CAKE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST :
480 gm Marie biscuits crumbs } Combined crumbs and melted butter.
500 gm melted butter } Press onto bottom cup cake cassing.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESE CAKE :
( A ) 500 gm cream cheese ( B ) 4 nos egg white
75 gm castor sugar 75 gm castor sugar
150 ml UHT whipping cream 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
4 nos egg yolk 10 gm corn flour
1/2 nos lemon rind
90 gm cake flour

METHOD :
1. Beat cream cheese untill smooth, add in sugar and beat until creamy.
2. Add in UHT whipping cream and beat until smooth.
3. Add in egg yolk and mix well.
4. Add in all ingredients, mix well and leave aside.
5. Whisk egg white,sugar and lemon juice untill stiff. Add in corn flour into the
egg white.
6. Combined A& B , mix together, . Add in flavour or decoration.
7. Pour mixture onto biscuit crust and bake ( steambaked ) for 20 minutes - 30 minutes

TYPES OF CHEESE CAKE :
1) Luxurious Chocolate Cheese add in chocolate chips , choc emulco
and decoration with choc fudge & white chocolate drizzled.

2 ) Gllitzy Strawbery Cheese add in strawbery filling and decoration with
white choc drizzled, strawbery hotfill , peanut or pistachio & fresh strawbery.

3 ) Stylo Milo Cheese add in milo and decoration with milo sprinkle
and white chocolate drizzled.

4) Banana Supreme Cheese add in banana flavour , raisin and fresh banana
and decoration with dark chocolate drizzled or fresh banana & mint leaf.

5 ) Lustrous Coffee Cheese add in nescafe and decoration with sprikle
nescafe and white chocolate.

FAK THONG SANG- KA –YA ( PUMPKIN CUSTARD )- THAI DESSERT.

BAHAN – BAHAN :

( A ) 4 biji labu ( berat 700 – 800 gm setiap satu biji )

( B ) 150 gm gula melaka
150 gm gula pasir
6 biji telur itik
6 biji telur ayam
3 helai daun pandan
400 ml santan pekat ( guna santan kotak pun tak pe ye... )
1/8 tsp vanillin – tak guna pun tak pe.. untuk hilang bau hanyir telur jer....
( tak nak hanyir buang tali pusat telur ye.... )


CARA- CARA MEMBUAT NYA :

1. Labu dibasuh & dipotong bahagian atasnya & buang biji.
2. Bancuh semua bahan ( B ) , ramas dengan tangan jer... sampai gula hancur.
3. Tapis & masukkan kedalam labu tadi.
4. Tutup permukaan atas dengan foil ( tak nak bagi air terkena atasnya ), tak tutup pun tak pe.. tapi penutup pengukus kena ler lap selalu...
5. Kukus dengan api sederhana selama 45 – 60 minit.. tengok besar mana labu tue...

Hai... apakhabar..... inilah sebahagian gambar dihari pertama pelajar2 saya menghasilkan kek fondant.... cantik kan..... kebanyakan yang datang memang tak berapa pandai... tapi.... ada juga yang dah mahir... cuma datang nak tambah kan ilmu....tak pe.... BAGUS....
